TERMS OF
USE
1. YOU DO link my site http://completementblinkies.com/siggies_shop/sigtagshop.htm
with the member logo. (if not, your membership will be deleted)
2. No refunds if you're not satisfied.
3. DO NOT sale my tubes without to modify them, do not
offer and share them on yahoo/google (or others) groups to download,
do not put them on compilation CD to sale it or share it.
But
you can sale your finished result.
4. DO NOT create outlines with them.
5. DO NOT create new tubes with them.
6. If you create websets or letters papers
(incredimail, outlook...), please link back by using logo or
text link, even if you don't have any website.
7. Sigtags :
Sigtags are for your personal use, not to redistribuate
or sale.
You can download them and add your name yourself
but No as-is is allowed.
If you are not able to use a graphics software, you
can request 3 sigtags per week for you and your family. (the
3 requests includ Webset flash animation title request.)
8. Adoptions CB or others artists :
the adoptions are exclusively for your own site or
blog. You do not offer them to your site. It's only to decorate
your pages or emails :))
9. Graphics for adoption :
you're allowed to offer these graphics as adoption
on your adopt shop as your own but you must use the logo
below and offer your adoption with it. You can add of course
your text on the graphics.
But you can't modify the graphics
10. If you use my tubes and graphics on your
site after the end of your membership,
please continue to link back my site.
11. You can join even if you don't have any
website.
12. You can join if you're the owner of a blog
or livejournal but you have to give me access to your private
area. You have to add my logo on your public page
and not only in your members area. (if not, your membership will
be deleted)
13. No trade, no donations.
